Still need to add kerfed lining to the bottom before moving on.

I will have to make some more so I'm going to try to I to speed up th process by making to strips at once by beveling a double width piece of mahogany and splitting it in half after I saw the kerfs.

And here's how they came out after splitting them down the center. I got 6 pieces for the same amount of work to make 3. I'm a happy camper.

Installation process. Like my chisel seen on the right, I like to use the most advanced , state of the art tools to clamp these to the rim.
