Yeah, it's a mess but my wife offered her organizing skills and it's beginning to look like like it's gonna come out very nice. Organization is not my forte. Getting these tool boxes in the house from the garage was a back breaking task to see the least. Again I got help from Nancy, sorry about that Nance.
Temporary storage before finding a drawer or a cabinet.
Here's the new out of the way location for my biggest and most useful power tool along with the dust collector hanging on the wall behind it and a light installed on the wall above. This is a great setup.
I finally found a place for my grinder so I don't have to pick up off the floor every time I need it.
I need to get a small cart for these 2 items and some more hoses to reach the dust collector. This is going to cost some money but if I just bite the bullet I'll really have a great place to work year round. I don't require to many power tools and I can do almost everything with what I have. I would like to find a place for my small drill press and I'l be done.
Just a couple more shots of the old clutter.
I'll get back to building soon I hope.

ReplyDeletei'm working on a binding jig for router table like you described to me. i think one i have for small router will me too easy to not hold the rim level when cutting
ReplyDeletere. more vacuum hoses...if you have extra or older rv/camper sewer hose (just wash out & dry 1st)...they are just about rite size to use

a new one will work too; i have some unsed pcs & noticed they would be about correct size for vac hose
